    Video not displaying



      When trying to view a video, a message appears  mentioning "unsupported video type or invalid file path". The video appears to work for other users though using Chrome, IE or Firefox.

      Not sure if this is random or caused by something in user's system. Any ideas?

          Reviewing through your description, I would suggest submitting a case in your customer group here in the Jive Community as a next step where a member of our support team can assist with further investigations specific to your instance. When submitting the case, if you could include the following:


          1. The account/username you are seeing the behavior with?

          2. Which browser/version is the behavior occurring in

          3. If the user accesses from a different machine, does the same behavior occur?
