Reviewing through your description, I would suggest submitting a case in your customer group here in the Jive Community as a next step where a member of our support team can assist with further investigations specific to your instance. When submitting the case, if you could include the following:
1. The account/username you are seeing the behavior with?
2. Which browser/version is the behavior occurring in
3. If the user accesses from a different machine, does the same behavior occur?
