    Password Reset emails never arrive


      Since the requirement to reset Producteev passwords there are several users in our group who requested a password reset and have never seen the email arrive. Other team members had no issues so it is not an issue of email configuration on our end. Several attempts have been made on multiple days with no results evident. I can understand the precaution in getting everyone to change their passwords but there needs to be a better response available for those of us who the process is not working for. A great product that has been offline for several of us for over a week now.
