    License Issue


      My Jive SBS Public Marketplace is expired. I went to the Jive portal to get my keys. When I paste them into my jive - it comes back as version  I don't see version in the Archived list of products, so I selected 'My Keys' - which apparently is for version

      Do I click Apply or is there another license I should be using??

          Reviewing through your description I would recommend submitting a case in your customer group here in the Jive Community as a next step so that a member of our account support team can review through the available licenses for your instance and provide you with access where needed.
