This fantastic conversation What's your elevator pitch? How do you use your Jive community? got me thinking about the Community Manager role: who I support, resources I need from other departments, and the value I (and my community) provide.
Please take a look at this simple slide: have you put together something similar? How do you impact and and value to your company and customers?
This is a very interesting way to communicate the value/role of community manager to internal departments. I personally haven't pulled together a slide like this but it is definitely food for thought! Thanks for posting!
