    How to start a new support case?

      Hello,

       

      I was advised to file a support case for my problem about not receiving reset password emails.

      When I started creating one, I was asked to add an environment in my ticket. There are no environment values/options, however.

      How do I see environment options? I'm filing a case for Producteev.

          Hi Anne,

          Your company should have a Producteev private Group on this community and you should open the case from there rather than the open community.

          The environment is your version of Jive - I am running 7.

          If you do not have a private group, you should contact your company's rep.

            The support case option is only available for customers with a support contract. You can raise Producteev questions in this space: Producteev

             

            not receiving reset password emails.
