Your company should have a Producteev private Group on this community and you should open the case from there rather than the open community.
The environment is your version of Jive - I am running 7.
If you do not have a private group, you should contact your company's rep.

The support case option is only available for customers with a support contract. You can raise Producteev questions in this space: Producteev
