    Password Reset issue...no response from Producteev CS in over a week. HELP!

      UPDATE: FINALLY WAS ABLE TO FIND A NUMBER FOR JIVE AND THE GUY ON THE LINE WAS AWESOME AND GOT THIS FIXED.

       

      Hello,

       

      We have been trying to get a response from you for over a week with no response. We have 2 people who cannot get the password reset email. We need this fixed today.
