for some reason, we have an end-user who's points are not adding up. She's added photos, comments, and a bunch of blogs and still does not have points. She's still a newbie with 6 points. Can anyone explain why this is? I've actually deleted the user and then recreated her, same issue.
Reviewing through your description, I would recommend submitting a case in your customer group here in the Jive Community where the next available support member can perform investigations specific to your instance. When submitting the case, if you could also include the following:
1. username of user seeing the behavior
2. if you (or a secondary user) perform the same actions are points received?
