    Upload says error on external storage provider

      Hi,

      Some uploads by our Jive users says error on external storage provider's end. Can you please explain how to solve it? Would be a great help.

          Reviewing through your description, I would recommend submitting a case in your customer group as a next step so that a member of you support team can assist with further investigations into your specific instance. When you submit the case, if you can please provide a link to the place where you are seeing this message it should help them in their investigation.
