Since the requirement to reset Producteev passwords I requested a password reset and have never seen the email arrive. This is my personal account so it is not an issue of email configuration on my end. Several attempts have been made on multiple days with no results evident. I can understand the precaution in getting everyone to change their passwords but there needs to be a better response available for those of us who the process is not working for. A great product that has been offline to me for over a week now.
