I hope someone can help here. I have a user that I double and triple-checked permissions to make sure she can edit and she is still unable to. She has "Full Control" and "Moderate" access to the Space. She even logged out/logged back in to be sure, and it's still the same thing. Thank you in advance for any/all help!
Reviewing through your description I would recommend submitting a case in your customer group as a next step so that a member of our support team can perform additional investigations into your specific instance. When submitting the case if you could please provide the username of the account reporting the behavior along with a link to the space where the behavior is occurring.
