Yes we are having the same issue where users can't view the reputation tab on the Profile Page. I filled a support case with Jive and they advised that it is a bug. Here is the bug ID they gave me for the issue I reported: CLOUD-2726. It is labeled as a SEV 1.
We are also having other issues with the gamification console, particularly with our Analytics. I have filed cases for those issues but I guess Jive Support has not received updates from Bunchball yet. Hope to have something soon as we have been waiting a few days for a reply.
