The settings look fine but I'm wondering if it could be how my email may be
set up based upon doing the test email.

If your environment is On-Prem I would recommend you enable mail debugging and ask a user to request a password reset email. This will allow you to review the logs (or create a case in your private support group, so that support can review the logs for you) and look into whether or not the email was delivered or not.
If your environment is Hosted by Jive, I would recommend you create a case in your private support group and provide the impacted user email address as well as the date which they requested the password reset. This will allow Jive Support to review our mail servers for that particular email and further investigate if the mail was delivered or if it was bounced or returned.
