    Urgent Request: I am unable to find my secret community group!

      Our company community group is being discontinued in a few weeks. I asked about getting a data dump of all data that is on our community. I was told to check with the support person through my "secret community group", but i am unable to find this.

       

      This is an urgent request, and i am really disappointed by the lack of urgency from JIVE on this. It is appalling to know that there is no way to get in touch with a real customer service for these urgent requests even after paying an exorbitant amount of money for this service!

       

      I request an urgent response to my query.
