I have an account on Producteev that I have been trying to reset (firstname.lastname@example.org). I never receive the e-mail that it has been reset. Could someone assist me please?

I would suggest reaching out to your IT team to review the incoming emails from producteev.com, or email provider to get them to review mail server settings and spam filters.
