    Activity Engine 'data source not running' error shortly after Jive 9 install


      I've just setup Jive 9 on a remote EC2 server, but am stuck trying to get the activity engine to function properly.


      Where I'm at:


      1) Jive 9 installed 

      2) Can login as admin via browser

      3) Admin Console => System => Settings => Activity Engine, and I get the following error:

      I know there have been different instances of this issues noted in the community in the past, but from what I can tell, there wasn't a definitive solution to fix it. Any ideas? Thanks.
