Though you were looking at the correct document, I see how it is somewhat cryptic in the specific date. For CLOUD-2550, this is part of the maintenance update mentioned for Dec 9th.
As such, I would recommend checking back in next week to see if the issue is resolved or if the issue is still present after that time, I would suggest the following:
1. Ensure that automatic updates are enabled for the HTML tile in your instance. This is configured via your user menu >> add-ons >> gear icon by the HTML tile:
