I need your help. I reported a bug related to videos not playing in a system blog for guest users (people not logged in) and I am being told I am the only customer with this issue. If anyone else is having this issue, please let Jive know. I was told that if other customers have this same bug it will be fixed faster. As of now the fix is tentatively scheduled for February.
We have a blog campaign planned for late January that includes videos. It's a big deal for us and I need this fixed. Please be so kind as to test video display in your system blogs and let me know if you are experiencing the same bug.
