The email address was removed from the bounce list and the password reset email was resent, processed and delivered successfully.

Hi Jaime,
The emails are being processed, but are being blocked by your spam filters. I unblocked the email again today but the same issue occurs:
I would suggest trying to whitelist @email.producteev.com. For some reason the spam policy assigned the verification email a high spam score.
The bounce email comes from a qyie.163.com domain that is based in China and China have all the network traffic monitored, so we could be hitting some of those restrictions.

Sorry on the delay, I am giving up, I tried to whitelist but they ask me a complete email address, It might by china´s server that is blocking it, however I get the jive emails just fine, is there a way I can verify that email through another email address, I know it sounds silly but maybe a copy to that email might be sent to another email address.

The email is sent automatically to the email address used to register with.
Can you please try and add the following email account bounces+256423-7516-jaime.pulla=cavaville.com@emailapp.producteev.com or domain emailapp.producteev.com into your Domain's Whitelist?
