We are trying to set up multiple integrations in our Jive instance and are having quite a difficult time getting any of them to work accurately. We want to get our google drive/docs integrations set up, but can't even find it under the available add-ons to get started. The only available app is box integration.
We are also experiencing this alert for our jive integration platform option under the installed tab. Does this matter at all?
From your screenshots above it's possible there is an issue with the connection to the add-on registry associated with your instance. As such I would recommend submitting a case in your customer group (MyJive Secret Support Group Administration FAQ) as a next step so that a member of our support team can perform further investigations into your specific instance.
