    Terms of Use URL

      When using the admin console WYSWYG editor for the terms of use, does this give a link to reference on other documents/footer/etc?

          What is your question here? You cannot reference documents from your own community...

              In the admin console you enter the text for your terms of use for your community. Once saved, when a new user (or existing user if you choose that option) comes to the site they must accepts those terms of use. After the fact is there a way for a user to view those terms as in putting a link in the footer or if you want to link to it for reference in a post.

                  Hi Dennis,

                   

                  For an internal (WYSWYG) version of the terms and conditions, you should be able to navigate back to them via the following formatted URL:

                   

                  jiveURL/terms-and-conditions!input.jspa

                   

                  However, this will present the user with the page where they will need to accept in order to continue in that browser window.

                  For a link that only takes a user to the text of your T&C, the external link option would need to be used.
