    Missing Magnifying Glass Icon in Jive-x Cloud

      Hi everyone,


      We have a handful of users that have reported that the global search magnifying glass icon does not appear for them on our Jive-x Cloud environment when using Internet Explorer 11.


      We have so far been unable to reproduce the issue on any of our workstations and can't figure out why the icon will not display.  Has anyone else encountered this or know what to do to fix it?

      Updated On closer inspection, it also looks like other icons are missing, such as the down arrow icon for expandable menus and the bell icon for notifications.
