    Having a link to the customer community, is that effective?


      If the online community is closed to only customers... is it effective to have the customer community on the website.


      I see pros and cons but still on the fence regarding what is the best way to do it.

      if the corporate website higher % of visitors are customers, or maybe adding some external content, not gated, and the login for customers highlighted.


      how would it be the journey? any comments...
