Reviewing through your inquiry, I can confirm that Jeph's response:
Unfortunately, there's no comprehensive way to report all the tags in a Jive environment.
would still be applicable in the out of the box platform. However, if you are interested in this type of report there are a couple of options available.
1. If you would like to develop a custom report leveraging the Jive REST API v3.14 I would suggest the How to: The Basics of using Jive's REST API document as a starting point and/or reaching out to the Jive Developers space with additional questions. Specifically, tag data is stored in many of the objects returned through the available endpoints (Jive REST API v3.14 → Group entity for example).
2. If this is a report you are interested in seeing available in a future release of the Jive platform I would recommend submitting an idea to the Ideas for Jive space where our Product team reviews through top rated ideas when considering features for future releases.
Lastly, the closest out of the box report available to a Jive Cloud instance would be the top 200 report found at jiveURL/tags (https://community.jivesoftware.com/tags ).
Thanks for the thorough response. I think we'll go with the "try them all" approach. This is a current need, and though the top 200 isn't really what I'm after, it will at least give us a starting point. And a long-term fix would be useful, so I'll do the idea. Mid-term, I'll ask Raj Vachhani to investigate the Developers docs and space options you suggest.
