we often need to proxy into other user accounts on our intranet, which we perform through the "user switch" in the admin console.
however, we have to repeat the same action three, four, up to 12 times before it actually takes effect and switches to the desired user account. each failed attempt gives us a "failed switching to target user" message.
our IT group tells us this is an "unsupported plugin," but i have no idea what that means or why that matters. we're literally doing the exact same behavior over and over and over again, and we see no rationale as to why it takes multiple attempts before finally working.
has anyone else experienced this? any feedback or resolution to share?
