How can developers collaborate on code within a Jive document

    tmaurer

We can't be the only Jive customers who have employees trying to share/document code within Jive and struggling. An example of what can happen is that Jive emoticons will display instead of the actual code.

      So far we have tried:

      1. Editing the HTML. This works when posted, but the next time the document is edited, the HTML needs to be edited AGAIN or the code will instead show the emoticons.
      2. Using the Syntax highlighter. The concerns here:
        • Comments are place in an ordered list, which in our use case isn't correct notation
        • That text cannot be edited next time you edit the doc. You have to delete the entire thing and start from scratch

Please let me know what workarounds you all have for this, other than inserting an image displaying the code.

      Thanks!
