Is it possible to embed an html tag on a jive page for use with a live chat platform?

Looking to run LivePerson in conjunction with our Jive instance, but need to drop an html tag in.

          Hi Aaron Whiting,

Reviewing through the description above the answer will depend on how your external integration is wanting the tag embedded on the page, however there are a couple of options that might work:

          1. Jive Custom/Cloud - Add the code your external system is requesting to an HTML tile/widget on the specific page to see if this meets the criteria they are looking for

          2. Jive Custom/Cloud - Add the code into the header/footer of your instance via the theme tool (user menu >> themes) - Theming Your Community

          3. Jive Custom Only- Develop an advanced custom theme for your instance that embeds the tag in a specific location. For this option I would suggest either reaching out to the Jive Developers space or engaging with our Professional Service (PS) team who can assist in determining the scope of the project and help in creating a custom theme for your instance. If you are wanting to pursue a PS engagement, please either reach out to your account manager or submit a case in your customer group ( MyJive Secret Support Group Administration FAQ ) here in the Jive Works community.

          Thanks!
