    Change corporate e-mail address in my JiveWorks profile

      Hi all,


      My corporate e-mail address was recently changed from marcelo.yamada@promon.com.br to marcelo.yamada@la.logicalis.com and in consequence I need to change the corporate e-mail address associated to my JiveWorks user before the old address stops receiving messages.


      Can someone from Jive do that for me or give me some guidance about how I can do that by myself?


      I have found another thread saying that only Libby Taylor  would be able to do such change.
