which version of jive? What are your permissions? What is not working?UI? Error message?

i created a case for this. but to answer your message, we are using jive 8. i was able to create a private group page yesterday then suddenly GROUP link disappear so i wasn't able to create another group.
I have an admin access. I thought it was not possible but then I was able to create multiple Group pages in our other internal demo site.
As a recap of the support case it appears:
From the screenshot you have provided it would appear that you don't have permission to create a group.
Once these were added to your account the issue was resolved.
