    Jive for Outlook error "User not authenticated"

      One of our users is using this plugin and is getting the error "Failed to load item preview - User not authenticated".  We've tried blowing away the outlook profile and reinstalling the plugin already.

       

       

      Please advise on how to proceed with troubleshooting.
