    Unread Inbox count persistently shows 1 or 2 items on Macbook

      The Jive inbox persistently shows a number of unread messages, although all messages, notifications etc. have been read. Our executive manager who is facing this issue is working on a Macbook.

      Clearing the cache does not help. Are there any other options I could consider?
