Jive Rest API: how to create jive video with youtube url

Does anyone have sample request or know how to create Jive video using YouTube video url & Jive rest API?

I tried looking around but couldn't find anything except this Is it possible to use the Jive API to post a Youtube embedded video? my requirement is to create jive video content type pointing to youtube video not video embedded into some other content type like document.

We had to customise the video module to be able to do that. I don't think it's possible as it stands.. unless things have changed in Jive 9.
