This doc has some additional information on how to get access to the Jive Database as a Hosted Customer: How do I access my Database as a Hosted Customer. If you do not already have access to the Jive Cloud Admin tool, you will need to log a support case to enable access as it mentions.

I do not follow. Where are the instructions in the link provided on how to log a support ticket to fulfill my requirement?
