Hi support - one of our employees is having issues with posted content on projects, unlinking from the project and only continuing to live on the blog.
This is his complaint:
[On two occasions I've seen a blog post on Jive lose its association with a project.
I originally posted it in the Connectivity Product Brief project, but today I found it was only associated with my personal blog. I re-shared it this morning with the Connectivity Product Brief project again.
These status reports are important to appear in the activity feeds of their associated projects in Jive. Could you please investigate?]
Reviewing through your description, I would suggest submitting a case in your customer group ( MyJive Secret Support Group Administration FAQ ) as a next step, so that a member of our support team can investigate further into your specific instance. When submitting the case if you could include the following information as well.
1. username of the account reporting this behavior
