    Unauthorized

      Hi,

       

      I was looking for an article on how to archive tickets from "servicenow" and luckily found an article about it. However, when I tried to click the link below, it tells me that I am unauthorized. this issue happens to me almost all of the time. I am already a partner of JIVE but whenever I research for something that can help me with my issues in Jive most of the time it shows that unauthorized page.
