    Why does Jive Daily app prompt users to sign in with their email address when it only recognizes their username?


      We are having a major problem onboarding people to the Jive Daily app, and it must have a simple solution, but I can't figure it out. When you download the Jive daily app and set it up for the first time, after you enter the community URL, the next screen prompts users to enter their email address and their password. However, if our users do that, we get "Oops, unable to log in." If they enter their username instead, then they can log in, no problem. How can we either:

      • change the prompt text on the Jive Daily app to say username instead of email, OR
      • allow users to log in with their email address OR username?

      Hopefully there's just a checkbox somewhere that I need to tick.
