When I upload some software that my development team has created it gets flagged by Jive scanners as having a virus. I know it's clean and doesn't contain any viruses. I am looking for the formal submission process so I can submit it to Jive technical support engineers and have them tell me exactly what software they are using to scan and what it found.
Reviewing through your description I would suggest submitting a case in your customer group ( MyJive Secret Support Group Administration FAQ ) as a next step so that a member of our support team can look into options available for bypassing the antivirus feature in your instance for the specific file and/or provide some further information as to why the file is triggering as a "virus"
