Hi dennismsmith - I believe Vanessa DiMauro was referring to the dashboard we share out with stakeholders and leadership. See slide #49 from the presentation mgroffburling and I did at JiveWorld16: EXC1.pdf. We are constantly refining this and digging into "metrics that matter". There is another version that goes up to execs that's even more refined, and includes KPI's from other areas of digital marketing to provide an overall sense of reach and engagement.
Great preso deck Jill Ross - anything additional you can share in terms of what you report to CxO level about reach and engagement?
Also - do you use a spreadsheet to create data on slide 49? would love to grab a copy. I just started managing a Jive community and could use something like that to get up to speed very fast.
