    Producteev user can't login - 'forgot password' not sending the link to her

      Hi

       

      One of the users on my network still can't login after the password reset last September. When she clicks on 'forgot password' - no email or link is sent through to her. So she can't access her account. Her email address is: Tara_Griffin@breadltd.co.uk

       

      Please can you fix this?
