I have a user who registered for JiveWorks, but when she tried to log in she got a message that she had the wrong password. She tried to reset the password, but got a message saying she didn't have permission. She tried to register again, but got a message that the email already existed.
Any ideas what is wrong and how to fix? We are doing a makeover and relaunching Jive by the end of June. This user is a critical part of that project and needs to be in JiveWorks ASAP.
