Our customer experience team has asked about every Jive document within our support community spaces featuring an html tile that would link to our technical support contact information and hours of operation. It would work the same as the Like, Comment, and Helpful/Not Helpful buttons work now. That is, when we publish documents, these features automatically appear. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, you cant edit the template in cloud...you can however, add a Content Action, see: App Action Contribution Reference > Content Action...and from there you can create whatever experience you want in the modal window.
