All the emails are being processed and delivered from our end:
I will raise the question with the Producteev team. In the meantime, I suggest reaching out to your IT team to review the incoming emails from producteev.com.
Our network administrator says the system has not blocked any emails from producteev or jivesoft.
Furthermore, I established a test account on gmail.
It is also not receiving verification emails.
It is there a way to manually authenticate emails within your system?
