    Is recording video disabled?


      Is something going on with the record video feature of Jive-n cloud? Previously this was an option and now it isn't working.

          Reviewing through your inquiry, I ran through a quick test in a local instance and the record form webcam feature does appear to be working. As such, I would recommend submitting a case in your customer group ( MyJive Secret Support Group Administration FAQ ) as a next step, so that a member of our support team can investigate into your specific instance. When submitting the case, if you could include the following type of information:


          1. A screenshot of the behavior you see when attempting to record a video from your Webcam

          2. Is this limited to a specific browser/version

          3. When was the last date this feature was working?
