    Does Jive offer any tool that works as a case tracking/support option in Jive x Communities? Or is the only option a 3rd party system (SalesForce, Zendesk, ServiceNow etc)?


      Wondering if Jive offers any tool as part of the product, or as an add-on service in Jive X to allow someone to open a support case that can be tracked and responded to by a support team internally. This would need to be more sophisticated than standard discussions.


      Is the case tracking system that's here in JiveWorks an option to use in a separate Jive X community?


      From everything I've read, it appears the only option is a 3rd party system such as SalesForce, Zendesk, or ServiceNow but I'd like to confirmt this is the case. Thanks!
