If I'm understanding you correctly ... you are asking if you can deny access to Jive based on a claim set in your SSO? I would imagine this would be a filter that could be applied inside your SSO and somehow managed via the SSO Binding you use in your SAML configuration. If you are asking if Jive can read the SSO response and then reject after-the-fact, I am fairly confident that this is not supported. Jive relies on the SAML provider to control that authority.
