Thank you! I think where I get hung up finding this info is that I don't search the right terms. I look for "resonata," and "JIA" and "Jive insights advanced" and "insights advanced" and "jive insights," etc, etc...
But it doesn't occur to me that JIA is managed in "myjive" anything... I don't know why.
It appears in the documentation that as an admin I can add someone. So, I'll try. If it fails, I'll submit a ticket.
