i'm trying to add a new member to our producteev network (any one of them) and it fails.
the member's email is email@example.com
other email accounts are working just fine, this is a brand new account and it fails to send him any emails of confirmation, trying to add the user manually to producteev as a new independent user also fails.
Please advise. this is very urgent.
