Thank you for reaching out to Jive support. Documents in Spaces that are deleted within the UI are only "soft deleted" and can be recovered by an Admin from the Admin console. Navigate to Spaces > Management > Document Management, then select the Space where the document lives.
Could you further define "by an Admin". In our 9.0 on-prem instance, users with Administration permission level for a space cannot see deleted documents in the Document Management console for the given space. Must users have System Administration Full Access permission to see deleted documents?
