Did you see this error in Jive9 OOTB ?? or with your customization's deployed..
I am working on Jive upgrade from 8.0.5 to 9.0.1 on-premises. Let me know if you find something.. it might help me if its Jive 9 bug.
I can confirm this error is not due to our customizations as it was the new feature in jive 9 and I havent cusomtized anything in Bulk management module . This is jive introduced bug and in logs I get to see
INFO: Error parsing /soy/bulkmanage/content.soy: Compilation produced 1 syntax errors. (/soy/bulkmanage/content.soy#1)
INFO: Error parsing /soy/news/stream/sub_list.soy: Compilation produced 1 syntax errors. (/soy/news/stream/sub_list.soy#1)
INFO: Error parsing /soy/news/stream/list_item.soy: Compilation produced 1 syntax errors. (/soy/news/stream/list_item.soy#1)
In your customisations, did you do anything specific to Jive core especially on the contents ? an example would be adding new features to existing Jive core-content like doc-locking, doc-links etc..
I am asking because the bulk management features use the Jive core defaults and hooks them in it and transfers the content only when it will get the complete dependencies of the content it is transferring. I have no clue, and cannot help you at this moment.. But, once I complete upgrading my web-overlay and plugins, then I can take a look at this why its failing..
My suggestion would be bring your Jive 9.x(local setup) up and running and test this feature. just give it a shot
Got this fixed . Have to override processing.soy & content_Selected.soy .
