I checked your emails and they are showing as either Processed, Delivered and Opened so there doesn't appear to be an issue with the emails being sent.
We did receive a similar query here Not receiving phone notifications but this was in regard to mobile notifications specifically.
I have raised the issue of notifications not being received via both email and phone with the Producteev Team, and will post back once they provide an update.

That's not quite what's happening - I don't see a notification even on producteev website. Let me try to show it on a specific task. Here is a log that I see on the website - https://www.dropbox.com/s/p6roe31qpgho5hg/Screenshot_producteev.png?dl=0 - for one task.
Note that there are three deadlines set - 10, 13 and 17 of july, but only two "deadline has been reached" notifications. It also shows that I've switched the deadline from 13th to 17th on 14th, so there should be one more "deadline ..." notification.
Hope it makes sense.

I have raised the issue and provided the details to the Producteev team for further investigation. I will let you know if they need more information.
Once I have an update, I will post back to this thread.
An Engineer informed me that this should be resolved now. I don't have anymore details at this time.
Please can you confirm if all is working as expected at your end or if an issue persists?
