Information on an instances disk space is not readily available via the JCA or Admin console. This is because disk space for all of Jive's cloud instances is monitored by our Hosting team, and additional space is allocated by that team if and when it's necessary to do so. The convenience of not needing to worry about disk space is part of the benefit that comes with being a Cloud customer.
